When should you not engage in BFR training?Updated a year ago

  1. General Anesthetic - You should wait 3 days after a general anesthetic before resuming B Strong Training sessions.
  2. Pregnancy - Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend pregnant women to start B Strong Training sessions during their pregnancy.
  3. Dehydration - You should definitely not engage in B Strong Training when dehydrated. In this case, please rehydrate, then proceed with the B Strong Training session.
