Obtaining BStrong Training CertificateUpdated a year ago
If you are looking for a BStrong Training Certificate, the steps below will help guide you to any certificates that are available on your account. Please note: The certificate is only available once the course date has passed.
Step 1
Log into the Customer Portal
You can login using one of the following authentication methods:
- Email address - This will send you a one time use link. Click that link, it will open a new window. You should then be automatically routed to your account on the original browser window.
- Email Address and Password - This is the email associated with your order.
Step 2
Within the customer portal select Certifications from the left hand list and then click the Training Certification Course that you would like to download the certificate for:

Click the Certificate Download link to obtain your certification.
