There is no optimal time to do B Strong. However, you may enjoy your B Strong session more if you establish a regular schedule. It is not recommended to do B Strong right after a large meal and for some, doing B Strong or any exercise just before bedtime may impact their ability to fall asleep.
B Strong bands should be inflated to a maximum of 20min at a time, but workouts may last longer. If you plan to go over 20min, please deflate the bands for a minute or so and then reinflate them to continue.
