How does B Strong compare to Owens Recovery Science System?Updated a year ago

B Strong is affordable ($429.95 MSRP for 4 arm and leg bands vs. $7,000 for one Owens cuff), comfortable, safe and effective BFR system that can go anywhere, be used by anyone, for any activity, where Owens tourniquet must be monitored by a therapist for safety, one is limited in the exercises one can do because one is tethered by a 6’ cord to a machine and limited in where one can do them.  Owens needs to be done in a supervised indoor setting (like a PT clinic), while B Strong can be done anywhere, for example, on a bus or a plane or at home or on a mountain or in the pool.  There are many contra indications to the use of Owens (e.g. high blood pressure), while there are no contraindications for the use of B Strong.
