Determining B Strong Pressure SettingUpdated a year ago

B Strong offer's a web-based guidance application that will personalize your pressure recommendations based on various individual parameters.  Depending on if you get a robust fatigue signal the app will recommend and adjust the pressure for the next session.  Meaning if you start at a pressure (e.g. 200 mmHg in the B Strong band) and you have a good session with robust fatigue, the same pressure will be recommended the next time.  Additionally, we offer a Quick Start Guide that recommends a pressure in the inflatable part of the B Strong bands (not related to your blood pressure) for your first session and some simple guidelines on how to adjust the pressure up/down based on your fatigue response.

B Strong's patent pending design is unique in that B Strong bands are virtually impossible to occlude arterial inflow (which is what the LOP system and Doppler guard against).  Because of the designed in safety, we don’t need the complexity of a doppler machine and don't use the pressure number on the machine.  We don’t use the % of limb occlusion pressure (LOP).  Due to our unique, patent pending design, our B Strong bands are virtually impossible to occlude arterial inflow (which is what the LOP system and Doppler guard against).
