Can I do B Strong with "blank" injury?Updated a year ago

You can certainly do B Strong with the 3 uninjured extremities and it is good for maintaining fitness.  With the injured extremity, gentle B Strong may be possible as long as the exercises don’t cause pain in the injury site.

B Strong is not a medical device however, and any kind of rehabilitation or medical usage should be done under the supervision of a medical professional.
